Frequently Asked Questions

When choosing a departure time from the airport, it is essential to consider the time needed for customs and luggage. If you are arriving from outside Canada, allow 30 minutes for customs clearance and an additional 30–60 minutes for baggage claim. Our shuttles to Banff depart every 90 minutes from 9:30 AM to 8:00 PM, so ensure you have enough time to complete these processes before your scheduled departure. In case of flight delays, if you miss your transfer, we will move you to the next available schedule for free. If you arrive after the last shuttle of the day, contact us for a refund or to secure a seat on the first departure the next morning.
When selecting a departure time to travel to the airport, consider that the travel time from Banff to Calgary International Airport is approximately 2 hours, depending on road conditions. If you are being picked up from a hotel, note that the pickup time can be up to 1 hour earlier than the final departure time listed. Ensure you check all provided documentation for exact pickup times and locations. We recommend booking ahead to secure your seat. If your plans change, you can receive a full refund by contacting us before your scheduled shuttle time. Please be aware we may use taxis and/or vans to connect people to the bus for all departures from Banff.

Our motor coaches will generally pull up curbside or in front of the hotel. Please refer to the front desk of your requested hotel for the exact locations.
