For the safety and comfort of all visitors, pets are not allowed at Golden Skybridge, with the exception of service animals.* We do, however, welcome pets in the off-leash area located next to our parking lot.

*Appropriate accreditation must be presented on-site. Emotional support animals are not permitted.

For a Bridge Pass you're welcome to visit at any time, even if you book tickets in advance. For an Adventure Pass and the Giant Canyon Swing you will need to book an arrival time, which can be done by booking your tickets in advance online here.

Our two suspension bridges cross an expansive canyon with a towering waterfall — the first is 130 metres high and 150 metres long, while the second bridge is 80 metres high and 140 metres long.

We allow 60 guests maximum per bridge.

The Railrider Mountain Coaster has a length of 1,029m (3,375 ft) with a total descent length of 669 m (2,195 ft). The total ride time is on average 5 minutes.

The Adventure Pass includes entry to Golden Skybridge and single admission for the Railrider Mountain Coaster, Canyon Edge Course, Sky Zipline, Axe Throwing, and Climbing Wall. It's recommended to dedicate about 3 to 4 hours to make the most of all these exciting activities.

The Coaster Pass includes admission to Golden Skybridge along with two rides on the Railrider Mountain Coaster. It's recommended to plan for approximately 2-3 hours to fully enjoy this experience.

Yes, you are required to buy an admission pass alongside the Giant Canyon Swing. The different admission pass options are: Bridge Pass, Adventure Pass, or Coaster Pass.

Yes, you'll need to cross the Upper Skybridge for access to the Railrider Mountain Coaster, Sky Zipline, and the Canyon Edge Challenge Course. After completing the Railrider Mountain Coaster and the Canyon Edge Challenge Course, you'll follow the trail leading to the Lower Skybridge, which directs you back towards the village. However, if you're participating in the Sky Zipline, it spans over the canyon, eliminating the need to cross the Lower Skybridge.

There is so much more to the Golden Skybridge. Refresh with a bite to eat and cold drink in The Village outdoor space, and kids will love the Treetop Play Park. Not willing to test your nerve on the Skybridges? That’s okay as there are many other great viewing areas within the park to take in the mountain vistas and canyon without stepping onto the bridge.

If you have purchased an Adventure Pass, Coaster Pass or are participating in the Giant Canyon Swing, there are a few key items that we require our guests to wear in order to enjoy their visit safely.

  • Footwear: Closed-toe and closed-heel footwear is mandatory for your safety. We recommend footwear that is supportive and has a good grip on the sole. Sandals, crocs, and flats are not permitted.
  • Clothes: While there are no specific clothing requirements, we advise wearing comfortable garments that allow you to move freely during the activities. It is recommended to wear clothing suitable for outdoor activities, including breathable fabrics and layers.

No, your admission is valid for one entry. If you wish to leave and come back at a later time you’ll need to purchase a new ticket.

Yes, we are open rain or shine! Please note that inclement weather may impact some of our services.

No, unfortunately outside food is not allowed inside the park. We have food available at the Village Grill that you can enjoy. If you prefer to bring your own food there are picnic tables available on the exterior of the park.

Due to the nature of the Golden Skybridge, we are not fully wheelchair accessible. The Canyon Trail, the Adventure Hub, Skybridge and washrooms are accessible for motorized wheelchairs, but navigation may be limited given the outdoor terrain and gravel trail.

For the safety of our guests and the nature of the experience, drones are not permitted in the park.
