The central location is perfect for exploring the main part of town. The bed/pillows are probably the most comfortable I have ever slept on. The room was clean and comfortable. All of the staff, from reception, concierge, cleaning staff to restaurant staff were happy and helpful. Would definitely recommend this Hotel.
Impeccably maintained. The location is unbeatable as all the main attractions, shops, and restaurants are a few minutes walk. The rooftop hot tub is a great feature that offers amazing views of the surrounding mountains. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Banff!
Great rooms, with amazing views. I was there for my honeymoon and all the staff wrote us well wishes in a card. The service was excellent. The overall experience was blissful.
Banff is surrounded by amazing peaks, but none quite match the peak experience of our rooftop lounge and hot tubs. It’s the perfect spot to lose track of time and be astounded by world-renowned views.
