Yes. Lunch is included at Elk + Ave Hotel. There will also be a selection of light meals, ice cream and snacks-to-go when you visit Castle Mountain Coffe Co., Northern Lights and Starbucks at the Banff Gondola, as well as the Black Anchor Snack Shop at Lake Minnewanka.

You will visit several beautiful locations around the town of Banff, including Bow Falls, Banff Gondola and Lake Minnewanka Cruise.

The Lake Minnewanka Cruise on will last approximately one hour.

Our motor coaches are equipped with washroom facilities, but unfortunately the boats are not. There will be washroom facilities at Lake Minnewanka are on the parking lot which is a few minute walk from the docks, so guests should go before walking down to the boat docks.

The Banff Gondola lower terminal contains a gift shop, Starbucks coffee shop and lounge area with a patio open in the summer season. There are areas to walk around and relax with the views.

Most groups will spend approximately 1.5 hours at the Banff Gondola. Admission to the Banff Gondola is included in the tour price.

No. Lake Louise is not a sightseeing highlight on this tour, however, you may choose to end your tour in Lake Louise. 

Yes. There will be some time allotted for you to explore Lake Minnewanka and grab a snack. You will also have an opportunity to hop on a lake cruise, which is offered seasonally.

A camera is recommended as well as dressing in layers appropriate for the weather. You are welcome to bring snacks and drinks with you. If your tour ends in a location different from your departure location, be sure to bring along any necessary luggage.

We always recommend that you bring layers with you, even on those warm summer days since some sightseeing stops will be a little cooler than others. Wear some good walking shoes with grip; bring your camera, sunscreen and some light snacks.

Yes! Our sightseeing tours are a great way for families to experience the Canadian Rockies. For small children, car seats or boosters are required.

Full refunds are provided if cancellations are made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled departure time.

These tickets must be purchased in person at least 30 minutes prior to departure and you must provide proof of residency to receive the discount. Some restrictions do apply — please ask when purchasing.

We have an all-new fleet of 52-seat luxury motor coaches that feature large windows providing unobstructed views, onboard washroom facilities, reclining seats, climate controlled temperatures, and onboard refreshments served. You will also have a professionally trained tour guide who has a wealth of information on the local area.

No, Wi-Fi will not be available on any of our sightseeing tours as we will be in areas without reception.

Wildlife sightings are very common in the National Park, but we cannot guarantee animal sightings. There are a lot of bears, moose, elk, big horn sheep, mountain goats, deer and more that share the parks with us and because they are in their natural habitat, their sightings are unpredictable.

Baggage liability is limited to $500 for loss or damage per passenger. We do not recommend leaving any high value items in luggage stored beneath the coaches in the luggage bins.  

No. Parks Canada requires all adult visitors to Canada’s national parks to buy a permit for the duration of their stay to support visitor services and facilities. Day Passes or a yearly Discovery Pass are available to buy in-person at Parks Canada's park gates and information centres in Banff and Jasper. Admission for youth 17 and under is free.
